On September 26, 2024, friends and supporters of Code Platoon came together at The River Room at Burning Bush Brewery to raise their glasses in celebration of eight years of impact for Veterans and military spouses transitioning to careers in tech. The evening was filled with delicious food, great company, and heartfelt stories celebrating the accomplishments of our community.

Thanks to the generosity of our attendees and corporate sponsors, we raised an incredible $105,496—funds that will empower Veterans, Servicemembers, and their families with generous scholarships as they prepare to launch their tech careers.

While the event has ended, the opportunity to make a difference continues. Donations can still be made to the Celebrate Code Platoon fundraising campaign. Every contribution directly supports our scholarship program, empowering Veterans and military spouses as they enter the tech industry.

Together, we are making a meaningful impact in the lives of this talented and deserving group of military-to-tech transitioners.
