- Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per month.
- Skills You Bring: Software engineering experience and a commitment to nurturing new tech talent are essential. Transitioning from the military to tech is a plus but not required.

Work with our students to help them polish their resumes and stand out in the job market. You’ll work with students to produce a professional resume by sharing best practices, providing content suggestions, and recommending changes or additions.
- Time Commitment: 1 – 4 hours per student over ten weeks towards the end of each cohort. You decide how many students you want to assist each cohort.
- Skills You Bring: You’re an experienced technical recruiter or HR professional skilled in refining a resume draft into compelling content. Experience transitioning from military service to civilian work is a plus.
Mock Interviewer
Mock interviews help our soon-to-be graduates prepare for behavioral and technical interviews. For many students, this will be their first interview in the civilian workforce. Any amount of time you can contribute is very appreciated.
- Time Commitment: Flexible based on your availability.
- Skills You Bring: You have experience in interviews for software engineering, DevOps engineering, QA engineering, or product managing roles, or you are a technical recruiter or hiring manager.

Our students benefit from industry experts leading these workshops. We’ll coordinate with you to schedule your presentation, matching your expertise with our Bootcamp needs.
- Time Commitment: Workshops are typically one hour in length.
- Skills You Bring: You are an expert in career development, with workshop facilitation experience and a drive to help students succeed.
